Paola Caponetto is a registered Psychologist with over 22 years of experience conducting psychological assessments and other services for children, adolescents and families.
Her eclectic approach includes humanistic, cognitive, behavioural, positive psychology, integrative or mindsight, relational and attachment theories.
Paola has trained in different mindfulness and holistic healing practices, too.
She offers services in both English and Spanish.
We conduct psychological/psycho-educational assessments to determine possible diagnoses and offer best practiced based recommendations for home as well as school and community.
Provide effective individualized supports, comprehensive consultations, coaching and practical resources to address learning, social-emotional, developmental, intellectual or mental health issues.
Paola practices and teaches mindfulness, meditation, muscle/ body/energy relaxation, and music/sound healing strategies to help target specific challenges and whole well being.
Our goal is to help discover your individual full potential, including inner strengths and resilience.
We provide a safe and caring space to discuss your concerns, questions, and to assess individual strengths and needs.
We help develop an individualized support plan or comprehensive coaching program.
We follow the teachings of Dr. Dan Siegel (The Whole Brain Child), and Dr. Tara Brack.
